I just had a really funny thought and thought I'd share it. Until Obama recently started screeching that McCain hated him for being black and going on and on and on about racial discrimination, did you realize it hadn't even clicked in my head that he was black? LOL I know, I'm nuts. Hey! Cut me some slack! I don't watch TV and henceforth protect my mind from all that drivel. So why didn't I notice he was black then if my mind is so "protected?" Well... Why does it matter? I made a statement previously that I could care less what color someone's skin is. Heck, no one even knows what I am. It's hilarious when people start to guess. *grin*
I have 'programmed' myself to ignore skin color. What does any of it mean anyway? I suppose it could give you some clue as to your history... What your genealogy is. But, what does that really mean? I don't even know what I am so that's what makes all the other people's guesses so funny. I'm a pure bred American Mutt and proud of it! *grin*
So, now that I know Obama is black, does it matter? Umm.. Why should it? I'm still voting for McCain. I think I like the old guy over the young guy. The old guy has a wee bit more experience and I feel like I can trust him more so than the young guy. Besides... I'm a die hard PC user. Macs can go fling themselves off bridges for all I care. LOL (The dumbest things are coming out of this campaign. LOL)
